Yes, you read the title correctly, 160 megapixels. Sony and Canon are going to be envious on the capabilities, that’s for sure. The amasing camera from Seiz has 6×17 as size and by the looks of it, only Hercules would be happy to take pictures with it all the time.

The quality is beyong the wildest imagination of any fotographer : one full resolution image taken with this Seitz camera at 48-bit color depth will take up 900 MB of storage! And that’s just one photo - imagine the trouble of having a photo shoot with this “monster”. The camera can be operated by using a PDA as well, and it uses a mac mini as storage (which is rather limited).

The price? Although it hasn’t appeared yet on any online sales portal, the price is estimated at $40,000. However, you ever get the chance to use such a camera, try taking pictures of the moon and send us some seriously resized photos.
